What are Call Tags?
Call Tags are a powerful feature that will attach tags to the call detail of a patient's call based on the transcription. With Call Tags, you can now easily identify and prioritize calls, making it simpler to find and access important information from your conversations.
The first category of Call Tags being introduced is Procedure Tags. These tags are designed to identify particular medical procedures mentioned by the patient during a call.
Furthermore, this enhanced feature allows users to search for calls, via Call Box's Search for a Call, by procedure for a quicker and easier user experience. This enables you to quickly sort through calls when building outbound campaigns, following up on urgent procedure requests, and finding any missed appointment opportunities with high value.
Call Tags will be available for the following industries: Dental, Veterinary, Orthopedics, and Plastics. We will continue to expand our list of supported industries in the future, ensuring that Call Tags cater to a wide range of professionals. We will also continue to integrate Call Tags throughout our product for a seamless experience, so stay tuned!
