Everything that is visible in Call Details from the Call Box platform is now accessible from your set alerts. Quickly review Call Outcomes, Ad Source Information, and the patient’s number to prepare you to take prompt action.
Not currently receiving Call Alerts and want to set those up?
Instead of deleting the entire audio file if sensitive information is detected, users can now listen to the call while only sensitive information is redacted. Call Box allows you to read the audio transcription and listen to the call from the Call Box platform, emails that include call details, calls shared into your PMS, or other integrations without seeing or hearing patient’s sensitive information.
Click HERE, then select ‘NEW AUTOMATED REPORT’ in the top left corner to set yours up.
