Enhanced Patient Protection in Call Box's Call Details!

We're thrilled to announce a significant update to Call Box's Sensitive Information Removal for an enhanced user experience while staying committed to safeguarding your patient's personal information.

Sensitive Information Removal isolates and removes sensitive caller information from audio recordings and call transcriptions to ensure personal data is protected. Using artificial intelligence-powered transcription, Call Box detects sequences of numbers spoken in conversation with key phrases such as “credit card” or “social security” that are specific to the exchange of sensitive information.

How is this different?

Instead of deleting the entire audio file if sensitive information is detected, users can now listen to the call while only sensitive information is redacted. Call Box allows you to read the audio transcription and listen to the call from the Call Box platform, emails that include call details, calls shared into your PMS, or other integrations without seeing or hearing patient’s sensitive information.

These enhanced security measures ensure the phone remains an asset, rather than a liability, for practices collecting sensitive information over the phone.

For questions regarding this update, contact your Call Box consultant or Call Box Support.
