This allows Call Box to remove the dependency on phone codes, saving you time. This results in calls actually getting assigned, proper follow-up occurring, more appointments booked, and, ultimately, more long-term, loyal patients.

Why should I transition to the Enhanced VR?

Transitioning to the upgraded VR ensures you experience improved accuracy, reliability, and overall performance. Our research has shown the new VR system is significantly more accurate than our legacy product.

When will the upgraded Voice Recognition be available?

Our upgraded Voice Recognition will become available starting the week of July 15th!

Can I stay on the legacy VR technology?

Starting July 15th, new Call Box users will no longer be able to enroll in our legacy Voice Recognition feature. However, calls will still be processed and predicted as usual for all users already enrolled. If you wish to transition to the new enhanced VR, you can do so starting the week of the 15th. Our legacy Voice Recognition system will be sunsetted at a later date this year.
