Multi-Factor Authentication Update to Align with Service Organization Control Type 2 Compliance Efforts

In a continuous effort to improve security and maintain compliance with evolving Service Organization Control Type 2 (SOC2) regulations, we will be requiring users to re-enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication to protect your practice's data.

Why am I being asked to set up MFA again?

As part of our effort to become SOC2 compliant, Call Box is enhancing our MFA setup and must reset and register all users.

What does that mean for me as a user?

On the morning of 5/7/24, when you log into Call Box, you will be asked to register your mobile number, enter your email address, and validate that email address.

Why now?

Call Box has been engaged in its SOC2 certification process for the last few months, and as we get closer to submitting our report, we need to complete this re-enrollment process.

What are the benefits?

As part of this change, we now offer the option to receive an email with your MFA login code if you do not have your mobile device or prefer it to SMS.

We understand the change may be an inconvenience for some of our clients, but we believe this update is necessary to stay ahead of security and compliance regulations. We are committed to providing you with the best service and support as we work together to navigate these changing requirements.

If you have any questions or concerns about this update, please do not hesitate to contact your Call Box consultant or Call Box support HERE.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
